Product description

Crystacide Cream 1% is a hydrogen peroxide-based topical treatment for minor skin infections.

This antiseptic cream is designed to help manage superficial wounds, cuts, grazes and minor skin infections by releasing active oxygen that eliminates bacteria. Crystacide is applied directly to the affected area and is generally used 2 to 3 times daily. A dry film may form after application and is easily washed off with water. The cream is well tolerated and suitable for both adults and children when used according to instructions. Its fast-acting antibacterial properties make it a staple in home first aid kits.

Warnings and cautions

• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
• For external use only; avoid contact with eyes
• Do not use on large, deep wounds or healthy skin
• Hydrogen peroxide may bleach fabrics
• Do not use continuously for more than 3 weeks
• Not to be used with iodine, permanganate or strong oxidisers
• Check with your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding
• Propylene glycol may cause skin irritation
• Salicylic acid may cause allergic dermatitis
• Consult your doctor if skin irritation persists

How to use

1. Wash hands before and after application
2. Apply a small amount to the affected area 2–3 times daily, or as directed by your doctor
3. If using a waterproof dressing, once daily may be sufficient
4. Do not apply to large areas or healthy skin
5. Discontinue use after 3 weeks unless otherwise instructed
