How to use

1. Check the nozzle and bottle for damage before use
2. Shake and prime the spray by pressing 3–4 times before first use
3. Tilt head so affected ear is facing upward
4. Insert nozzle into the ear canal and press 1–2 sprays
5. Massage the area gently and plug with cotton wool if necessary
6. Use twice daily for up to 5 days
7. Repeat in the other ear if needed
